Healing, wherever you need it.
At your first visit, we will make a personalized plan to support your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Everyone has experienced loss, whether it is a death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of autonomy through injury or aging, or the anticipatory grief of caring for someone with dementia.
I have spent my entire career managing grief in myself, so I have a lot of experience both personal and professional in this arena.
Grief can affect sleep, appetite, mood, and the body in ways that feel disorienting and overwhelming. Acupuncture offers a way to steady your system so you can move through this time with more grace and less isolation.
Grief and Loss
I support people with cancer who are undergoing oncological interventions like surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy. I also help people who have survived their cancer treatments regain or maintain their quality of life.
My brother died of pancreatic cancer while I was in acupuncture school so it’s important to me to help people with cancer whenever I can.
Whether you were just diagnosed today or have been in remission/cancer-free for years but are still struggling with “permanent” side effects, acupuncture, moxibustion and herbs may help you on your journey.
Cancer
In 2020, thanks to the global pandemic, my practice became more than 50% mental health. I see people with mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, EDS, PTSD, and complex PTSD using ear reflexology and acupuncture. We are often working on other problems like migraines or menopause syndrome at the same time.
There’s a group of online psychiatrist and therapists with the same clinic name who can be found here.
I am working on growing my capacity to support other flavors of neurodivergence like autism because my friend’s firstborn has a diagnosis and I am seeing firsthand the difference between early intervention and unmasking as an adult.
Mental Health
COVID-19 is an opportunistic virus that takes advantage of the weak links in your body, turning what used to be occasional flare ups of symptoms into debilitating daily problems.
I help people with long COVID-19 who have chronic fatigue, brain fog, post exertion malaise, chronic cough and other issues.
Long COVID-19
While studying acupuncture in Japan in 2017 I learned a technique for lowering eye pressure from Dr Shudo Denmei. We start with 12 short (5-minute) weekly treatments and then follow up with monthly maintenance acupuncture sessions.
Glaucoma
If your prescription medication isn’t working for you, let’s see if acupuncture can help. I can also help people who have decided to quit using other recreational substances.
Drug Detox
Not everyone knows that acupuncture is good for stroke recovery, especially within the first 6 months after a cerebral vascular accident. Even if it was just a mini-stroke (TIA), daily or weekly acupuncture can enhance the benefits of physical/occupational therapy, speech therapy, and help you regain activities of daily living, memory, focus, and hope.

Pain management is what I spent the bulk of my time doing as an employee acupuncturist at other clinics. I excel at it, and I am happy to offer it when it is needed even though it is no longer the focus of my business.
My father has chronic pain so it is important to me to help others living with pain.
I often use Kinesio Tape (KT tape) to extend the benefits of your acupuncture treatment—this helps pain relief and postural changes “stick” longer. Tape can also be used as a stand-alone therapy for sports injuries or everyday aches.
